SHIPPING POLICY
SSYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAPPENS AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING.
At SSYS, we pride ourselves on providing fast shipping on all orders. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 days. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from SSYS!

That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:
✔ Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order

✔ Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

✔ Customer will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to SSYS. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.

All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE!

✔ All items purchased with a 25% or higher discount are FINAL SALE! If a final sale item is shipped back to SSYS, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. Shop Style Your Senses holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility. This includes POWER HOURS with a 30% discount or higher, or otherwise stated by SSYS

✔ Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you love your new items, but need a different size, please follow the directions below:
✔ Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order to make an exchange.

✔ We treat exchanges like returns. Please repurchase the size you need on our website or app.

✔ Once you have made your new purchase, please write your new order number on the form below.

✔ Our team will issue a REFUND for your return rather than store credit, as long as the new order number is PRINTED on the exchange form.

✔ If your new order number is NOT listed on the exchange form, you will receive store credit rather than a refund.

✔ Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be reflected on your account.
