Ready to start a return? If your item meets ALL REQUIREMENTS listed below, please click the button at bottom of this page, to start your return.
✔ If a final sale item is shipped back to SSYS, we are not responsible for shipping back to the customer or processing the return.

✔ All items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of receiving the order.

✔ Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

✔ If we cannot fulfill an item, that customer is entitled to a REFUND

✔ Customers will be refunded in Shop credit and be required to pay shipping back to SSYS. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.*You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.

✔ We do not cancel orders. If a customer accidentally ordered something twice, they will be given one courtesy cancellation for store credit, but after that we are not able to cancel orders.

✔ All items discounted at 20% or more and accessories are FINAL SALE. *This includes power hours with a 20% discount or higher.

✔ Please allow for 5-10 business days after receiving for your return to be processed.
