RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from SSYS!
That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:
✔ Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order
✔ Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. The SSYS Return/Exchange form must be included in the packaging. Click HERE to view the Return Form.
✔ Customers will be refunded in shop credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to SSYS. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.
✔ All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE!
✔ All items purchased with a 25% or higher discount are FINAL SALE! If a final sale item is shipped back to SSYS, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. SSYS holds no liability on tracking the package once it leaves our facility. This includes POWER HOURS with a 30% discount or higher, or otherwise stated by SSYS.
✔ Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.
✔ SWIM RETURN POLICY: All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments with the sanitary sticker still attached. If an item needs to be returned, all sanitary stickers MUST be intact and attached to the garment. If there are any signs of wear (lotion, self-tanner, etc) of if the sanitary sticker is removed, the return will not be processed and the item will be returned to the customer. As with all of our items, all returns bust be in the original packaging with the all original tags attached.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you love your new items, but need a different size, please follow the directions below:
